About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seller Engagement Associate with German language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe, meeting all their compliance needs.

Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, identifying compliance needs, and guiding sellers through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of sellers' issues.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members with difficult contacts as needed.
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics, such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve Selling Partners' issues and questions.

Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience within a customer service/contact center environment would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity.
  • Computers and internet savvy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • German language is mandatory for this role.
  • Other EU languages, such as Italian, French, or Spanish, would be an advantage.
  • Business acumen in areas of global e-commerce and retail.
  • Committed Selling Partner advocate, drive process tool improvements.
  • Good data analysis skills.
  • Expert in Excel and other office tools.
