About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seller Engagement Associate with German language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners on their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe, meeting all their sustainable compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication with Amazon Selling Partners.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency (C1 level) in English and German.
  • Previous working experience within a customer service/contact center environment.
  • Computers & Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
  • Other EU languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail.
  • Good data analysis skill.
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Process improvement awareness and experience.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good attitude.
