About the Role:
Seller Engagement Associates play a critical role in supporting Amazon's Selling Partners in Europe, ensuring they meet all sustainable compliance needs.
This position requires effective communication, composure, and a professional attitude to provide world-class support to Merchants selling on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a strong desire to expand skills into new areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon Selling Partners on their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels.
About the Team:
We are a multi-cultural team located in sunny Barcelona, born in 2018, with a strong focus on innovation, inclusion, and building others.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English.
- 6+ months experience within a customer service/contact center environment.
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
- Computers & Internet savvy.
- Process improvement awareness and experience.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
