Seller Engagement Associate with German

We are seeking a highly skilled Seller Engagement Associate with German language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon Selling Partners, including prompt and efficient resolution of their issues.
- Maintain high-quality performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, guiding Selling Partners through new and existing legislative requirements, and ensuring a friction-free selling experience on Amazon platforms. You will work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements- Proficiency in English and German (C1 level).
- Previous working experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- Strong computers and internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
- Other EU languages, such as Italian, French, or Spanish, would be an advantage.
- Business acumen in areas of global e-commerce and retail.
- Good data analysis skills.
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Process improvement awareness and experience.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
