About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seller Engagement Associate with German language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms.

You will work closely with internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience. If you are a strong communicator with excellent time-management skills and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs
  • Guide sellers through new and existing legislative requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to support new projects and launches
  • Capture feedback and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 6+ months experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity
  • Computers and Internet savvy
