Seller Engagement Associate with German

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly skilled Seller Engagement Associate with German language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners on their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe, meeting all their compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members with difficult contacts as needed.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
A day in the life of our Seller Engagement Associate with German will involve driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms.
You will work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.

Requirements:- English + German language proficiency
- 6+ months experience within a customer service/contact center environment
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity
- Computers and Internet savvy, with desired skill-sets including MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox
- Process improvement awareness and experience
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- German language is mandatory for this role. Other EU languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail
- Committed Selling Partner advocate, drive process & tool improvements
- Good data analysis skill
- Expert in Excel and other office tools
