**Job Summary**

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Southern Europe team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in Southern Europe.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Europe Business Manager team to develop and implement regional business strategies.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and resolution of business and client-specific issues.
  • Lead the Associate Banker team and enable them to deliver by securing capacity, coverage, and competence building.
  • Be the single point of interface for the Banker team with all control functions, including business risk, compliance, risk, legal, tax, operations, and technology.
  • Communicate key client-specific issues, lead and coordinate efforts with Infrastructure teams to address them.
  • Interface with Finance for MIS and support the Team Leaders in preparation of business reviews with Bankers, Market Leaders, and Business Head.
  • Analyze business financials for trends and use analysis as a management tool to support improved business performance.
  • Implement key change initiatives and provide leadership and support in driving and implementation of changes.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and strategy in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in working with control functions, including business risk, compliance, risk, legal, tax, operations, and technology.
