Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets for a specific region of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customer bases across the region.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention.
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.
  8. Event Representation: Represent the company at regional events and trade shows.
  9. Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region.
  10. Financial Management: Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses.
  11. Revenue Maximization: Maximize revenue and profits in all sales opportunities.
  12. Market Insights: Advise the managing director, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market and possible adjustments of the commercial strategy based on experiences and data collected.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives.
