Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager

BauWatch Spain is a rapidly growing European market leader in temporary security solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets for a specific region of our company. You will work closely with our Managing Director Spain to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customer bases across the region
  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
  • Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region
  • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
  • Represent the company at regional events and trade shows
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region
  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses
Requirements
  • Previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives
  • Solid and credible relationships with key decision-makers in the region
  • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
  • Native Spanish speaker, Advanced (conversational)
  • English skills for internal communication
  • Knowledge of Catalan is a plus
  • Full, valid driving license
