Regional Sales Manager

BauWatch Spain is a rapidly growing European market leader in temporary security solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets for a specific region of our company. You will work closely with our Managing Director Spain to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customer bases across the region
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
- Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region
- Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
- Represent the company at regional events and trade shows
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region
- Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses
- Previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives
- Solid and credible relationships with key decision-makers in the region
- Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in B2B sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
- Native Spanish speaker, Advanced (conversational)
- English skills for internal communication
- Knowledge of Catalan is a plus
- Full, valid driving license

- Training & visit (fully paid) to one of our existing hubs in Europe (e.g. UK, Germany or Netherlands) in the first month
