We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Purchasing Power. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the voluntary benefits market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Drive motivation and provide training to brokers regarding the Purchasing Power program, aiming to instill excitement and enthusiasm for our offerings.
- Foster new relationships with broker-consultants and engage these connections by attracting new employer clients through broker channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Brokers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Transition activated broker relationships to the Purchasing Power Broker Account Manager once sale has been completed.
- Pursue new business opportunities with direct employer clients if the opportunity arises.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or 8+ years of sales experience in the employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience selling employee benefits to medium-large organizations either directly or through insurance brokers.
- Background in sales, cold calling, and presenting to new prospects.
- Solid strategic, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel 50% to 75%.
- Hybrid work model (Onsite / Offsite).
