Regional Sales Manager

TM Grupo Inmobiliario is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities within a designated geographic area for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Regional Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.
  • Oversee and Deliver Sales and Marketing Strategy: Lead the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Participate in Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting the company's brand and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and influence others.
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
