Sales Performance Manager

The Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the overall sales performance of assigned branches. This role will focus on agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies, and leadership skills to achieve sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead agent recruitment and development initiatives to increase sales performance.
- Develop and execute localized marketing programs to drive sales volume.
- Assign and track monthly booking quotas for agents.
- Conduct weekly and monthly huddles with agents to align on sales targets.
- Submit monthly progress reports, call sheets, and itineraries to marketing.
- Deliver sales targets for assigned branches in terms of metrics defined by the company.
- Ensure proper execution and tracking of sales and marketing activities on a branch level.
- Responsible for agent recruitment and booking per agent.
- Propose district and branch-specific sales programs through consultations with operations, regional sales, and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 2 years of selling experience.
- Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantage.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial with strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
