Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at JobTalentHoppers. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and achieving sales, and maintaining relationships with important clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
