About the Role

Talent Search People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Classify, segment, and prioritize potential customers based on sales plans and budgets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with potential customers.
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations of new services to existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales process and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success.
  • University education in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of proactivity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Native level of German, Dutch, Chinese, or Arabic language proficiency.
