Account Manager Job Description

At ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing account strategies that drive share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans and Statements of Work growth actions.
  • Understand the key business drivers of global customers and translate them into corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for accounts through providing current business and long-term plans.
  • Define sales targets, monitor competitors' activity, and ensure appropriate response strategies are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, mainly focused on industrial segments (O&G, Utilities, Rail, industry...).
  • Enhanced knowledge of the medium voltage market in Spain.
  • Degree in engineering (industrial preferable) with depth knowledge on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage areas.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • High commercial activity and willingness to travel.
