About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Sales Contractor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key player in our Accommodation team, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold calling and influencing accommodation providers to add their establishment to our platform.
  • Be the permanent contact person for your designated source lodging portfolio until they are fully signed.
  • Gather market and customer information and create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Create a friendly, helpful relationship with the lodging provider.
  • Explain our requirements and philosophy and transmit enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
  • Proficiency level of English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills; ability to influence confidently.
  • Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
  • People-oriented: Communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork.
  • Business acumen and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
  • Goals and customer-oriented.
  • Proficient with productivity tools: MS Office Package and Internet navigation.
  • Skilled in sales and/or in a call center with a commercial background.
