About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Webhelp Spain. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through innovative sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate consistent sales opportunities for our field sales representatives
  • Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies
  • Lead generation for sales, including prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, and product and solutions presentation
  • Identify leads and conduct lead management
  • Successful execution of permanent and segment-specific telemarketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Proficient or bilingual in Danish and advanced in English. Spanish is a plus
  • Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
  • Very good knowledge of telemarketing and sales
  • Outbound experience and sales experience
  • Ability to identify new sales chances
  • Transparent work habits
  • Excellent self-organization, punctuality, loyalty, reliability, high social competence, and teamwork skills
