Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers and decision-makers
- Detecting high-value business opportunities
- Generating new business leads through proactive sales efforts
- Developing customer insights and understanding business drivers
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborating with the account executive to drive sales growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Danish and an advanced level of English
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Previous experience in cold-calling and B2B customer management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience with sales tracking and reporting
