Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities, including cold calling, prospecting, and account management.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking and managing sales activity, and providing regular updates to the Account Executive.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to understand their business drivers, decision-making processes, and customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive and other team members to achieve sales goals and support the overall business strategy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Native-level Danish and advanced-level English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, B2B customer management, and sales development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, high social competence, and a passion for innovation and growth.
