About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Digital Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Swedish and fluent English
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
