About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. As a Digital Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business needs, proposing solutions, and driving sales growth across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging with them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.
  • Work towards individual targets, while being part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.
  • Interact with customers primarily via outbound calls, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • High school degree.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876€ gross/year up to 25,330€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package: from 3,407€ up to 4,470€ gross/year.
