About the Role

As a Digital Business Growth Specialist at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through proactive engagement with clients. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify business needs, propose tailored solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in French and fluent English.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident individual with a competitive spirit.
