What You Can Expect

As a pivotal member of our Barcelona-based team, you will be part of a vibrant group dedicated to achieving rapid expansion and making a significant impact in the beauty industry. Our renowned products in the market include: invisibobble, Foamie, Tangle Teezer, and Wild Stripes. We pride ourselves on being "The Pulse of Beauty."

In the role of International Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will take charge of managing and expanding key professional and retail partnerships, while also strategizing and executing new business initiatives. Your primary focus will be on the North American market.

  • Oversee seasonal and promotional sales strategies, collaborating cross-departmentally to secure marketing and planning support.
  • Ensure effective execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and off-shelf programs.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting based on historical data, sales performance, seasonal trends, and upcoming promotions.
  • Manage customer profit and loss statements, tracking sales allowances, markdowns, deductions, and contractual obligations.
  • Supervise sales representatives, ensuring effective communication, follow-ups, sample submissions, item setups, project tracking, and adherence to sales budgets.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop a well-rounded product assortment that balances value, pricing, style, and seasonal placements.
  • Continuously introduce innovative marketing and product concepts to refresh the selling floor assortment.
  • Utilize your existing relationships while also cultivating new connections to enhance our product offerings.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Proficient in English; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape in the USA.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
  • Possess analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
