Our team is passionate, entrepreneurial, and international, and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Regional Sales Director for Italy.
The Challenge
As the Regional Sales Director for Italy, you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organization. This will involve forecasting, reporting, and achieving quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a direct, outbound sales environment, with a proven ability to drive results. You should also be fluent in spoken and written Italian and English, and have experience using and optimizing CRM systems.
