About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our French sales team for Predictive Maintenance & OEE. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Sensorfact in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our client portfolio in France.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement targeted training and development programs for team members.
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a sales leadership role, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.
  • Near-native level French speaker with business proficiency in English.
  • High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter mindset.
