What You Can Expect

As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be based in a vibrant office environment, contributing to our mission of growth and innovation. In the role of International Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee and expand relationships with essential professional and retail clients while identifying and executing new business ventures. Your primary focus will be on the North American market.

  • Oversee seasonal sales strategies and promotional activities, collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive support from marketing and planning.
  • Implement market entry strategies for new product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and analysis based on historical data, sales performance, and upcoming marketing activities.
  • Manage customer profit and loss statements, tracking sales allowances, markdowns, and contractual agreements.
  • Supervise sales representatives, ensuring effective communication, follow-ups, sample submissions, and adherence to sales budgets.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate a balanced product assortment considering value, pricing, and seasonal trends.
  • Continuously introduce innovative marketing and product ideas to refresh the sales assortment.
  • Utilize existing networks and develop new relationships to enhance product visibility and sales.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape in the USA.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
  • Proficient in Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
