The Challenge

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organization based in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will work closely with leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable, and successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members.
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building & managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Experienced in using & optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software.
  • High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter.
