**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organization and drive business growth in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for scaling and leading our Italian sales team, based in Barcelona.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members.
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.
- Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
**Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience building & managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles.
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
- Experienced in using & optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software.
- High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter.
