Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers in assigned territories
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, lead follow-up, and face-to-face meetings
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their value and competitive advantage
- Provide customer and competitor feedback, as well as field intelligence, to inform sales strategies and product development
- Work closely with resellers, field sales engineers, and management to ensure seamless sales processes and accurate forecasting
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts for assigned territories
- Network and build relationships with customers and industry partners to stay informed about market trends and opportunities
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and market expansion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
