What You Can Expect

As a key player in our Barcelona office, you will be part of a vibrant and agile team dedicated to substantial growth and impactful results. In the role of International Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee and expand relationships with vital professional and retail clients while strategizing and executing new business initiatives. Your primary focus will be on the North American market.

  • Oversee seasonal sales strategies and promotional activities, collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure alignment with marketing and planning.
  • Implement market entry strategies for new product launches and off-shelf programs.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and analysis based on historical data, sales performance, and upcoming promotional events.
  • Manage customer profit and loss statements, monitoring sales allowances, markdowns, deductions, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead and support sales representatives, ensuring effective communication, follow-ups, sample submissions, item setups, project tracking, and adherence to sales budgets.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate a well-balanced product assortment that reflects value, pricing, style, and seasonal trends.
  • Continuously introduce innovative marketing and product ideas to enhance the retail offering.
  • Utilize existing networks and develop new relationships to promote and grow our product lines.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape in the USA.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, coupled with a readiness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
