- Engineering Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial, Computer Science, Software).
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in sales/business development with industry contacts and a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of Project Management Processes (PMP certificate or ERP Systems) and ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Familiarity with Financial Management, technology management, and internal controls.
- Understanding of Software Marketing and industry requirements.
- Ability to Engage Customers and understand their needs to propose effective solutions.
- Awareness of Market Competition and industry trends.
- Strong Communication Skills in English (at least C1 level).
