We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the implementation of Project Management Software Solutions at our Madrid headquarters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial activities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Project Management Software Solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management and delivery.
  • Lead Commercial Activities and manage the sales process using key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales tools to drive revenue growth.
  • Define Business Strategies and contribute to business development initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate Activities between development teams and customers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Industry Workshops and Conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial, Computer Science, Software).
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in sales/business development with industry contacts and a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Processes (PMP certificate or ERP Systems) and ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
  • Familiarity with Financial Management, technology management, and internal controls.
  • Understanding of Software Marketing and industry requirements.
  • Ability to Engage Customers and understand their needs to propose effective solutions.
  • Awareness of Market Competition and industry trends.
  • Strong Communication Skills in English (at least C1 level).
