About the Role

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for key customers across Southern Europe.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying and developing customer relationships, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • You will also be responsible for managing lead/campaign forecasting and execution, maintaining customer data, and ensuring that all commercial aspects of the sale transaction are in the best interest of the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales/business development with key retailers in the grocery channel.
  • Experience within a non-food category, FMCG, being advantageous in beauty/personal care/hair care.
  • Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Goal-focused with the ability to self-manage, build an active portfolio, and build effective customer relationships.
