About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of top-tier companies, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external partners, closing sales, and collecting market insights to improve our product and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Contribute to the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that meets customer needs.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them.
  • Business Development: Bring new customers to Amazon Road Transport Spain, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure a good conversion rate, and achieve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and delivery of results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
