About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets within your assigned accounts and territories.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to build, qualify, and convert the sales funnel.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  3. Build an account plan and engagement strategy to grow business and generate sales, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and ensure the company is on a winning position during multi-vendor solution bids.
  5. Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Marketing teams to drive client success and lead generation.

Requirements

  1. Proven 5-10 years track record in solution-based Pre-Sales and/or Sales in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Results-driven with a focus on clients complemented by a strong business acumen.
  3. Bachelor's Degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  4. Technically inclined, problem solver with an understanding or hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Service Assurance.
  5. Good understanding of packet core domain across 3G, 4G, and 5G.
  6. Basic knowledge of data science/machine learning.
  7. Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  8. Understanding of evolving technologies in telco markets.
  9. Proficient in engaging directly with customers at all levels of the organisation and across different functions.
  10. Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
  11. Ability to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  12. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and iWork.
  13. Strong analytical and organisational skills with great attention-to-detail.
  14. Ability to deliver high-quality work while working under pressure with tight deadlines.
  15. Ability to drive for results in a cross-functional hybrid team.
