Technical Account Manager, Telco Vertical

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive adoption and usage of AWS services
- Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
- Proactively identify and address customer technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure their AWS environments remain operationally healthy
- Build and maintain close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of AWS services
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline required, OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
- Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
- Experience in Informational Technology operations
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
- Experience with cloud offerings
- Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks
