About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively identify and address customer technical challenges and operational issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of AWS services

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical engineering and customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments as a technical lead
  • Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks
