About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive adoption and usage of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively identify and address customer technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure their AWS environments remain operationally healthy
  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of AWS services
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline required, OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Experience in Informational Technology operations
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
  • Experience with cloud offerings
  • Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks
