Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will be a key member of our Enterprise Support team, responsible for leading our customers' adoption and use of AWS services. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from rising startups to large enterprises, and help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
- Provide expert advice on architecture, support strategy, and project launches
- Assist with operational issues and ensure AWS environments remain healthy and cost-effective
- Build trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate and present to small and large audiences
