- Maintain optimal margin levels for the technical account management business within your region
- Ensure timely and customer-centric handling of critical escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
Requirements:
- Ability to identify potential, develop people, and motivate a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and German
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with associates from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong business acumen
- High-level technical understanding of our portfolio is a plus
- People management experience is a plus
