Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team capabilities and ensure goals are met
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of your team
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of organisational performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Offer guidance to associates within established company policies and recommend policy changes
  • Promote continuous professional and personal development of team members
  • Support sales cycles across our portfolio of offerings, collaborating with sales teams to understand subscription consumption and maximise customer value
  • Actively promote and sell the Red Hat technical account management service, supporting sales teams in helping customers understand its value
  • Maintain optimal margin levels for the technical account management business within your region
  • Ensure timely and customer-centric handling of critical escalations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify potential, develop people, and motivate a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and German
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with associates from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong business acumen
  • High-level technical understanding of our portfolio is a plus
  • People management experience is a plus
