Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Management Specialist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the account team in identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Assist in the organization of customer visits and negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Provide information to the account team to support the negotiation and implementation of contracts with accounts.
  • Coordinate communication and interfaces with customers at all levels.
  • Support the account team to meet revenue and share goals within assigned accounts.
  • Act as a champion for the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Support projects intended to improve customer relationships and customer value, and to grow the business with assigned accounts.
Qualifications:

A college or university degree in a technical field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience, is required. 5+ years of experience in a technical field is also required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
