About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into long-lasting customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on e-commerce trends, news, and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition and identify potential growth areas for Hive Logistics.
  3. Sales and Account Management: Utilize your sales expertise to close complex deals, identifying pain points and providing tailored solutions to enhance our customers' operational set-ups.
  4. Customer Knowledge and Insights: Gather and share customer knowledge with internal teams to drive customer-centricity and inform business decisions.
  5. Networking and Representation: Represent Hive Logistics at events, trade fairs, and other networking opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in logistics and supply chain management preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant working experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude, with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Language: Fluent or native Spanish and English.
  • Culture: Entrepreneurial mindset, action-oriented mentality, and a thirst for personal growth.
