About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Institut Straumann AG. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and sell Straumann's portfolio.
- Conduct needs analysis and identify opportunities to showcase Straumann Group offerings in a compelling way.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and generate leads to support the success of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Provide quotes and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to quote and close sales.
- Strong dental sector experience, with a history of helping practices grow their business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on data discipline and administration skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
- Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate, and offer solutions to qualify a prospect.
