About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the North of Spain. As a key member of our Iberian leadership group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Territory Managers to achieve operational plan and company strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow dental practices in the region
  • Provide coaching and training to Territory Managers to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Set and achieve sales budgets and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of on-target achievement as a salesperson and sales manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in budget management and sales forecasting
