About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the North of Spain. As a key member of our sales leadership group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and operational plans
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in the North of Spain
  • Provide coaching and training to Territory Managers to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with budget management and sales analytics
