About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in North of Spain. As a key member of our Iberian leadership group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving business growth in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve company and country strategic objectives
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Territory Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage accounts and customers in assigned territory, ensuring effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
