About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in North of Spain. As a key member of our Iberian leadership group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Territory Managers to achieve operational plan and company strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow dental practices and increase adoption of Align Technology's products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and objectives.
  • Manage and develop Territory Managers to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback to the Country Manager on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of on-target achievement as a salesperson and sales manager.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in the North of Spain, ideally in the Pais Vasco region.
