The Job

You will report directly to the General Manager and be an integral part of the Capital Sales team within the South Region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular visits to territories and customers to promote and sell Haarslev's processing solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  3. Provide technical advice and support to customers to enhance their profitability and operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and present customized solutions, including layouts and quotations, to meet customers' specific needs.
  5. Closing project sales and negotiating sales contracts with customers.
  6. Manage and motivate approved agents within the territory to achieve sales targets.
  7. Achieve sales targets, budget, and sales margins.
  8. Regularly report sales activities within the territory through established channels and maintain a CRM system to reflect the current situation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Area Manager in the rendering or agri-food industry.
  2. Fluency in Italian is mandatory, with English and Spanish proficiency at a business level.
  3. Availability to travel at least 50% of working time.
