About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in POH Canarias. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with dental professionals in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and other key stakeholders.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business results.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dental industry.
  2. Strong academic record and a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a life science.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
