About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving business results in your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their objectives. Your expertise in sales and marketing will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
