About the Role

At Institut Straumann Ag, we are committed to delivering exceptional results through our high-performing sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/group of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market to generate new sales leads for the Straumann Group Sales Organization.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, working remotely and face-to-face to service, ensure continuity of demand, and grow existing accounts.
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the accounts' needs and objectives to identify how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate Straumann Group's offerings and value propositions to key decision makers.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Requirements
  • Dental sector experience is a strong advantage.
  • Sales experience with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to quote and close.
  • Self-starter, highly driven, and excellent listening and communication skills in Spanish.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology.
  • Well organized, excellent administration skills, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
  • Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate, and offer solutions to qualify a prospect.
